*Job Title:* Housekeeping Attendant *Location:* 800 Bill Murray Drive, Prince Rupert, BC, V8J 4P4 *Company:* CBS Property Management Inc. *Job Type:* Full-time *Salary:* $21.00/hour *Job Description:* CBS is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team of Housekeeping Attendants at a CN bunkhouse located in Prince Rupert, BC. This role involves cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces within the bunkhouse, as well as driving clients, so a *valid Class 5 driver's license is required*. If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and are passionate about providing a clean and welcoming environment, we want to hear from you! *Main Duties:* * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces in the bunkhouse, including the building entrance and hallways, offices, and lounges. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, including countertops, sinks, mirrors, toilet seats and bowls. * Clean and sanitize kitchen, including cabinet doors, drawers, countertops, sinks, refrigerators, microwaves, tables and chairs. * Dust and sanitize all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows. * Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors, ensuring a clean and safe environment. * Neutralize calcium on winter carpets and floor surfaces as needed. * Replenish supplies of toiletries, paper products, and amenities. * Empty recycling and waste bins and dispose of materials properly. * Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects as required. * Drive clients to required locations on job site as necessary. *Job Requirements and Conditions:* * Related experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred. Previous experience in hotel cleaning, particularly in Canada, is highly desired. * Valid Class 5 driver?s license. * Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to safely lift and carry heavy loads occasionally. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. *Description of Skills Required:* * Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. * Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. *Available Hours and Schedule:* * 40 hours per week * Overnight shift, from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM * 5 days per week, including weekends *Additional Information:* * Uniform and personal protective equipment will be provided. * Required trainings will be provided. *Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion:* CBS is an equal-opportunity employer.
