*Job Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children (infants & preschoolers) and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children in your care, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to thrive. *Responsibilities* * Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. * Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood learning and development. * Educate children on basic life skills, social interactions, and emotional regulation through structured play and activities. * Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space, ensuring it is safe for all children. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred. * Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare. * Ability to educate children effectively while creating an engaging learning environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of various ages. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
