*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for hair styling and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively at the front desk, managing appointments and client interactions. This is a commission position, the stylist will make 45% of all services and 10% of all retail products sold. *Duties* * Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to health and safety standards. * Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance the client's experience and satisfaction. * Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients. *Requirements* * Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace. * Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards is essential.
