JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Representative
Wills Transfer Limited ? 2 Industrial Road, Ingleside, ON
Reports to: Branch Manager - Ingleside
Position Summary:
This is a permanent position and has several functions including but not limited to: Receive and process customer orders; respond to customer?s requests; run required reporting. Additionally, you may be asked to do new tasks as they are presented and therefore you are required to be flexible in this position; This position also has some WMS Support components.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* Conduct themselves in accordance with the Code of Conduct and EH&S Compliance Standards
100% of the time.
* Follow all Wills Transfer Limited policies and procedures.
* Work safely and comply with all Wills safety prevention guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Understand and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP?s).
* Manage personal performance to remain injury-free.
* Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in the work and work schedule in support of business needs.
* (Show flexibility to schedule changes and overtime)
* Taking direction from Wills Supervisors, Manager and our customers and multi-tasking to accomplish all requests.
* Assists in training new coordinators and other support employees.
* Acts as an internal and external resource for questions, research, etc.
* Liaising with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Communicate and organize shipments/receipts with third party carriers.
* Communicate with outside companies.
* Runs required reports, track, and upkeep KPI?s, demurrage.
* Inventory and cycle counting investigations may be required.

Other activities include but not limited to:
* Performing month-end closures and invoicing.
* Troubleshoots and/or problem solves on an expert level.
* Takes ownership of problems and customer issues. Works to resolve issues until resolved.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* SAP experience
* Excalibur WMS
* Security Clearance may be required (ability to get security clearance)
* Workplace safety training such as WHMIS ,Workplace Harassment, First Aid, CPR, TDG. Working at heights (Fall Arrest) all are considered assets
* Ability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Education / Work Experience:
* A high school education is required with proficiency in English/French both written and spoken
* 1-5 years working in a warehouse environment
