*Job description* *About B&J Global Inc.* _www.bjglobalinc.com_ Established in 2013, *B&J Global Inc*. is an experienced third party logistics (3PL) service provider in North America. With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border, warehousing and logistics solutions. We are looking for a *Freight Forwarder* to join our team and grow with us. The position will prefer candidates with *1+ Year of Freight/Logistics Experience, and preferably a second language of Mandarin.* *Tasks & Responsibilities* - Preparing FCL/LCL, Ocean/Air Import/Export documentation; - Prepare Ocean Bills of Lading, Prepare Arrival Notice, Manifests; - Provide rates quotes to the sales department; - Make Bookings with steamship lines and carriers; - Send pre-alerts to customers; - Coordinating/Communicating with overseas agents; - Tracing and coordinating of container/air cargo/trucking receiving; - Excellent Customer Service *Knowledge& Skills* - 1+ year's experience in Freight Forwarding/warehousing/logistics industry. - Written and verbal skills in Mandarin preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Mandarin speaking prefered *Experience & Education* - Freight forwarding/Logistics experience : 1 years+ - University degree or college diploma required.
