As a Methods Technician, you'll play a key role in optimizing production and industrialization processes. Working closely with the production team and operators, you'll be responsible for defining and improving work methods with a view to increasing efficiency, quality and safety while reducing costs.<div><b><br></b></div><div><b>In this position, you will have the opportunity to :</b></div><div>Product production / industrialization</div><div><ul><li>Support production and engineering in the validation of new products</li><li>Define work methods for new products that meet customer quality criteria while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to solve technical problems.</li></ul><div><br></div>Methods and manufacturing engineering</div><div><ul><li>Write and update work instructions, manufacturing routines and other documents related to operations</li><li>Work with production employees to validate the adequacy of methods and instructions</li><li>Consult with various stakeholders and experts to validate the conformity of methods in terms of quality and safety</li><li>Analyze manufacturing routines through time studies and identify wastage</li></ul><b><i><div><b><i><br></i></b></div>To join a team that values your ingenuity, send us your application!</i></b></div>- LocationDrummondville, QC
