Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Hot. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Schedule work. Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls. Maintain work records and logs. Repair and maintain equipment. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervision: 3-4 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Chain saw. Small engine equipment. Tractor. Tractor mower. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Initiative. Judgement. Team player. Flexibility.
