We specialize in LTL, FTL, Flat deck and Container transport. We are a authorized carrier with Port Metro Vancouver, Canada Customs Bonded carrier and operate out of a 175,000 sq. ft CBSA Sufferance Bonded warehouse. We currently have an opening for an Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator is to provide support in to the logistics team. Verify and keep records on Inbound and Outbound shipment and provide customers with frequent updates. *Responsibilities and Duties* * Obtain quotes from various carriers and evaluate pricing/quotes. * Work with internal software to update shipment details. * Work with transport driver to ensure time and trips are being used efficiently. * Establish relationships with 3PL partners and evaluates alternatives to minimize distribution costs. * Prepare client's accurate and timely billing. * Tracing and tracking of shipments to final destination. *Qualifications and Skills* * Strong communication skills. * Advanced knowledge of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to multi-task and work efficiently. * Keen attention to detail. * Reliable and punctual. * A team player but also capable of working independently. * Fluent English.
