Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Confined spaces. Odours. At heights. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Inspect buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation. Determine type of treatment required. Prepare and spray chemical mixture on infested areas. Place and set traps to capture and remove animals. Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence. Equipment and machinery experience: Animal traps. Mechanical sprayer. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Vehicle supplied by employer. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability.
