The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and sales, as well as clothing experience with team management skills. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance within the store. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment while effectively managing staff and resources. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. * Manage inventory levels, including pricing, stock replenishment, and product displays. * Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. * Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and resolving any issues that arise. * Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. * Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to promote growth and development. * Collaborate with upper management on store policies, procedures, and operational improvements. *Experience* * Proven experience in retail sales or retail management is required. * Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage time effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate vendor relationships and pricing strategies. * Experience in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records is essential. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. * Familiarity with retail software systems is a plus but not mandatory.
