*Overview* We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Duties* * Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. * Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is prepared and stored safely. * Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management when supplies are low. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. * Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food handling and preparation techniques. *Experience* * Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus. * Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills and willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed. * A genuine interest in cooking and learning new culinary skills will be beneficial for success in this role.
