Transdev is now hiring a Payroll Clerk, for our Kelowna, BC location. Your role: Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for all employees using the ADP payroll system, ensuring timely and correct payments. Calculate driver and staff payroll and input information into the system for processing. Employee Records & Benefits: Complete and manage new employee profiles, records, payroll entries, and benefits enrollments. Maintain accurate driver seniority lists and employee attendance records for permanent part-time staff. Inquiries & Compliance: Working very closely with Union Representatives to Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Data Management & Analysis: Use Excel and statistical tools to analyze and present payroll data.
