Job Description
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Communicate and meet HSE objectives, conduct monthly audits, and manage safety meetings.
Behavior Based Safety (BBS): Deploy and utilize BBS programs daily, including Behavior Based Observations, Field Level Risk Assessments, and Near Miss recording.
Incident Management: Lead investigations and root cause analysis for unplanned events, and develop Lessons Learned with coordinators.
Operational Performance: Communicate and meet operational objectives, support coordinators and lab personnel, and
