The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial electrical work, possess strong technical skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. \*Responsibilities\* - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial settings - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively - Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions - Work on low voltage systems and logic controllers - Assist in building and renovating electrical systems \*Qualifications\* - Journeyman/Journeywoman or equivalent certification required - Proven experience as a commercial and/or residential Electrician - Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation - Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components - Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols - Excellent problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36.00-$54.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Electrical: 4 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Drivers Licence (required) * Journeyperson Electrician Designation (required) Work Location: In person
