I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll positions. <br> <br>I am looking for a payroll technician for my client in the manufacturing sector for a 3-month contract. This is a position in Brossard with only two days a week in the office.</p><p>Your role will be as follows: <br>* Participation in the complete payroll processing cycle (weekly); <br>* Collaboration in the administration of benefits; <br>* Validation and entry of payroll and benefits data into the systems; <br>* Production of electronic employment records; <br>* Production of remittances to various organizations; <br>* Development and production of reports for internal and external users; <br>* Participation in year-end preparation and quarterly audits; <br>* Contact person for HR collaborators at the various Canadian sites for questions relating to payroll and <br>* benefits; <br>* Participation in maintaining payroll compliance in both practices and systems (UKG).</p><p>Profile: <br>* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in both unionized and non-unionized environments; <br>* DEC in administration, accounting or human resources (a combination of education and/or relevant experience will be considered) / ACP certification is a plus; <br>* Experience with the UKG system (ideally); <br>* Good command of French and English (answers to payroll questions in both languages); <br>* Knowledge of labor laws and standards, tax treatment and government requirements related to payroll. <br> <br>PROCESS: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the human resources manager. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 376 5485</p>
