You will be accountable for serving certification applications, conducting and counting certification votes, as well as conducting interviews on matters involving inclusions and exclusion from bargaining units under the Trade Union Act. <br><br>The Labour Board must be, and be seen to be, unbiased and have the confidence and trust of the citizens of Nova Scotia to ensure the province has a sound labour and employee relations forum in which to address disputes.
