Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Estimate costs and materials. Oversee apprenticeship training. Prepare production and other reports. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Manage own company. Train or arrange for training. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
