We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and empowered Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport team in Leduc. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of cleanliness with our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with our Hotel Housekeeping Standards, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. * Clean public areas and back of house. * Wash doors, windows, walls of public areas and guest rooms * Clean guestrooms: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing all surfaces. * Clean bathrooms: cleaning all surfaces, sinks, taps, vanities, tubs, showers and walls and toilets. * Ensure that public areas and back of house areas meet hotel standards of cleanliness to assure guest satisfaction. * Respond to guest requests, concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently. * Keep work area stocked, organized and clean. * Ensure work areas and equipment are always kept functional and in order. Report all deficiencies. * Handle and report lost and found items. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor *Job Requirements/Qualifications:* * Possesses an eye for the smallest detail. * Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. * Adhere to Hampton Brand Standards * Deliverer exceptional guest experience *Physical Demands:* * Lifting, carrying and pulling * Bending, standing, reaching, and kneeling for long periods of time.
