*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial and Industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Assemble and install plumbing systems according to specifications. * Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. * Weld pipes as necessary for repairs or installations. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to complete projects efficiently. * Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred. * Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. * Ability to operate commercial driving vehicles is a plus. * Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous. * Strong knowledge of hand tools used in plumbing work. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
