\*\*Job Overview:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors in the workplace. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits - Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes - Provide safety training to employees - Maintain safety records and documentation - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations \*\*Skills:\*\* - Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure \*\*Required/Nice-to-Have Skills:\*\* - Experience with construction management software - Knowledge of building safety protocols Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-12-20 Expected start date: 2025-01-06- LocationWinnipeg, MB
