Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Co-ordinate project

  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Manage contracts
  • Direct committees and working groups working on projects and programs
  • Plan, develop and implement communication strategies
  • Supervise professional staff, program leaders and instructors and volunteer staff
