*DESCRIPTION:* Full-time /part-time Physician Assistant being sought to join our team. Opportunities for hybrid models including working from home. The successful candidate(s) will work alongside two devoted, present, and passionate cardiologists that will be invested in your education, success, and growth. This position is intended to be career-focused, with growth and advancement if desired. Our philosophy is to foster a collaborative, low-pressure and friendly work atmosphere. In addition, we will rely on your feedback and input to deliver the best patient care possible. Wages competitive and based on experience. *LOCATION, UNIT, AND EQUIPMENT:* Our clinic is situated in the south end of Barrie, Ontario and located conveniently off the 400 with free parking and public transit at the doorstep. The unit is brand-new, custom-built, modern and on the first floor of a new medical building. The latest equipment and software will be utilized with full integration for a seamless experience so that you can focus on what you are trained to do. *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Awarded the Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) designation from CAPA with registration in good standing * ACLS Certified * New graduates welcome * Experience in cardiology considered an asset * Experience with technology including EMRs and dictations systems considered an asset *DUTIES:* All duties will be performed under the Medical Directive of cardiologist to extend their services * Perform histories, exams, order investigations and send referrals as required/necessary * Prepartion of charts *START DATE: *Flexible *FULL-TIME HOURS: *40 hours per week *PART-TIME HOURS:* 16-40 hours per week *CONTACT DETAILS:* _Barrie Cardiac Centre _ _370 Bayview Drive, Barrie, ON_ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 16 ? 40 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Work Location: In person- LocationBarrie, ON
