Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food / Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while serving beverages in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Must have Smart Serve Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly - Serve beverages and ensure accuracy in order delivery - Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Adhere to food safety standards and regulations - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery Skills: - Customer service - Food handling - Restaurant experience - Guest services - Knowledge of food safety protocols - Upselling techniques - Familiarity with the food industry - Basic math skills for order processing - Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas - Proficiency in food service operations If you are passionate about delivering excellent service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the Beverage Server position with us.
