Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Health care institution, facility or clinic. Tasks: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Attention to detail.
