We are currently seeking an In-house Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. They will provide legal advice, draft and negotiate agreements, support litigation management and manage licensing and compliance across all of NORR's offices globally. A general understanding of consulting responsibilities, construction law and insurance would be considered an asset for this role. Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that all prime contracts with our clients and subconsultant agreements are fair and are reviewed, edited, and signed by all parties in a timely manner Drafts, reviews, and negotiates legal agreements to minimize NORR's contractual risk Assists in managing professional compliance and licensing obligations for NORR Participates in developing internal guidelines, toolkits, and presenting to internal stakeholders regarding various legal- LocationToronto, ON
