Full job description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Account Manager/Customer Service Representative is responsible for front facing client management with a focus on maintaining Globe Life AO National's high standards for service excellence. The Account Manager/Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with sales and excellent communication skills. This role will nurture key relationships with clients and be meticulous with the detailed work involved in managing clients such as tracking policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations.
