*Overview* We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. *Duties* - Greet customers and assist them with their order - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently - TOAST POS - Handle cash transactions accurately - Upsell combos and food items to customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Provide information about food items - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Coordinate packaging of food for dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders *Qualifications* - 1 year prior experience in restaurant customer service and cashiering is required - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Strong organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Shift: * Afternoon shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work days: * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
