This role allows you to contribute to transforming practices using your expertise in business coaching and wealth management.</span></p> <p><span><strong>Your role</strong><strong>: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Support wealth management advisors in improving their practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.</span></li> <li><span><span>Design and deliver tailored coaching programs focused on client management, practice management, and business development.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Inspire and influence professionals through dynamic training sessions, workshops, and presentations.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Identify personalized strategies to address the unique realities of advisors.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Participate in the development and tracking of performance indicators related to coaching and training.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Stay abreast of best business practices and incorporate them into development initiatives.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Your team: </strong></span></p> <p><span>The Business Best Practices team within National Bank Financial - Wealth Management comprises passionate experts dedicated to supporting advisors in their growth. You?ll be part of an agile, collaborative team reporting to the Vice-President, Development and Client Experience.
