We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing electronic medical records, and serving as a liaison between patients and the dental team.
*Responsibilities*
* Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
* Utilize electronic medical records systems, including Tracker, to maintain accurate patient information.
* Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
* Assist patients with understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
* Collaborate with dental office staff to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
* Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
* Ensure compliance with all office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Tracker.
* Experience as a dental receptionist or front desk coordinator is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of phone systems and customer service best practices.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
