<p>Hello, I'm Julie Baptista, Fed Manutech's specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering, engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We are experts and we speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a company specializing in architectural cabinetry, located in Montréal-Est, a Cabinetmaking Production Foreman - Day shift 40H/week.</p><p>Your role <br> <br><br>Reporting to the Chairman of the company, you will be responsible for the following tasks: <br> <br>- Supervising a team of 5 people <br>- Planning and allocating tasks to employees <br>- Determining manufacturing methods <br>- Responding to technical issues and questions relating to manufacturing <br>- Identify ways to contribute to employees' professional development <br>- Prepare solid wood and derived materials for shaping <br>- Carry out cabinetmaking assemblies and ornaments <br>- Travel to customer sites <br>- Other related tasks</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Excellent technical understanding <br>- Teamwork skills <br>- Staff management <br>Our ideal candidate has a technical background and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him/her to be very efficient in his/her work. This is a person who enjoys working in a family-run, SME-type company. <br>Your profile <br>- At least 4 years' experience in cabinet-making <br>- DES or DEC in a similar field <br>- Experience in team supervision a big plus <br>- Open to profiles specialising in cabinet-making only <br> <br>Salary <br> <br>60k$ to 75K$ depending on experience <br> <br>Benefits <br> <br>- Holiday policy: 2 weeks holiday + sick leave + holidays <br>- On-site parking</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
