We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Director, the leadership team, and Board of Directors. This position is instrumental in enhancing the organization's effectiveness and ensuring smooth operations across multiple functions. Primary responsibilities: Executive support, Board of Directors support, and other administrative duties. Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support for senior leadership and Boards of Directors.- Relevant post secondary education or training.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.- High degree of professionalism, tact, and judgment.
