And we live it too.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>Under the supervision of the Community Recreation Supervisor, the Gymnastics Coach identifies strengths and weaknesses of athletes. They plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. They nurture and develop athletes' potential skills and abilities. The Gymnastics Coach develops, plans and coordinates competitive schedules and programs.
