In return, we?ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about.</span></span></p><div><div><div><div><b>Job Summary</b></div> </div><div><p> </p><p>As an <b>Assistant Archivist</b> for our <b>Archives </b>team at the <b>Laval </b>location, you will ensure proper organization, indexing, labeling, and storing of study related and non-study related material.</p><p> </p><p>In this role, primary <b>responsibilities </b>include:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Receives the material to be stored as indicated by the Study plan and procedures. Retrieves the stored material when required;</li><li>Ensure to maintain up to date the electronic inventory of stored, pre-archived and archived material;</li><li>Ensures proper indexing, location tracking and movement of material during the reception, retrieval, shipment, and disposal processes;</li><li>Preparation of clients records and ensures the accuracy of the information related to shipment or disposal of material. </li></ul><p><br> </p></div></div><div><div><div><b>Key Elements</b></div> </div><div><p> </p><p>We are looking for the following <b>minimum qualifications</b> for this role: </p><p> </p><ul><li>AEC or DEC in Archiving, Administration or equivalent;</li><li>Able to work physically (lift up to 15 kg);</li><li>Be able to work in team; </li><li>Ability to adapt to change and have a positive attitude; </li><li>Good organizational skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Role Specific Information:</b></p><p> </p><ul><li><b>Location</b>: 445 Boul. Armand-Frappier, Laval, QC, H7V 4B3;</li><li><b>Transportation</b>: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway. Electric vehicle charging station;</li><li><b>Salary</b>: 18.75$/hrs;</li><li>Annual bonus based on performance;</li><li><b>Schedule</b>: Monday to Friday between 8am to 4:15pm.
