The MICs Group of Health Services, a partnership of 3 hospitals and 3 long-term care facilities, is seeking two HR Coordinators. Reporting to the MICs Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resource Coordinator provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, is responsible for all general accountabilities and accountable for one of three specific HR portfolios (Generalist; Talent Acquisition; Medical Affairs). These are full-time non-union positions, with base sites located at Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls, ON and Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson, ON. MICs offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. *QUALIFICATIONS* * Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field * 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role * Experience in marketing, employer branding and social media strategies * Previous or current experience within healthcare will be considered an asset * Strong knowledge of recruitment and retention techniques and practices * Professional communication and presentation skills, including face-to-face, e-mail, telephone and videoconference * High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information * Ability to work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines * Demonstrated success in a team-based, customer-service oriented environment using excellent time-management, prioritization and detail-oriented skills * Ability to commit to flexible work schedule including weekend and evenings as required * Advanced computer competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset * Valid class ?G? license with clear driver?s abstract, access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Company pension * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Are you able to work weekends and evenings when required?
