Job details
• Work closely with the Ericsson customer to advise Small Medium Enterprise of 5G testbed capabilities and offerings. • Perform technical onboarding of users to a 5G testbed including the coordination of on-site or remote access to the testbed. • Provide Tier 1 technical support to users of the 5G testbed and conduct troubleshooting to solve issues and escalate to Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support resources. • Complete reports and analysis for 5G testbed performance and support the day -to - day delivery of the programs. • Implement surveys that can be used to track program outcomes reporting. • Work closely with the Hubs and other stakeholders to implement programs, develop regular- LocationOttawa, ON
