<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>We are looking for a Wills and Estates Law Clerk to join our team.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>We are looking for a full-time Wills and Estates Law Clerk to join our firm.</li><li>We are a small, but close-knit team located in the heart of Markham village.</li><li>The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of drafting estate planning and estate administration documents.</li><li>The candidate's salary will be based on their level of experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience as a Wills and Estates Law Clerk</li><li>Law Clerk Diploma from accredited College/University</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, Teraview and PC Law Professionalism with strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently following instructions with minimal supervision</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Drafting Wills, and Powers of Attorney;</li><li>Preparing survivorship Applications and spousal transfer documents through Teraview;</li><li>Engaging with clients throughout all processes;</li></ul><p>Please submit your resume, cover letter and list of references.</p><p>We thank all applicants for your interest.</p></div>Company Description<div>Nichols Law Professional Corporation is a family owned and operated law firm.
