Must be in Lethbridge (or ready to relocate). Please only Residents and who have Open Work Permits apply. * Prepare and bake excellent quality pizzas * Establish methods to meet work schedules * Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food * Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures * Estimate and order ingredients and supplies * Ensure food service and quality control * Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage * Prepare and submit reports * Take customers' orders * Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs * Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment * Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * Language training provided * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- LocationLethbridge, AB
