Our mission is to create opportunities that reduce unemployment and empower individuals by offering reliable and high-quality services to our clients. *Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and digital marketing trends. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website. *Key Responsibilities:* * *SEO Strategy Development:* Create, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. * *Keyword Research:* Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization. * *On-Page Optimization:* Optimize website content, metadata, images, and landing pages to align with SEO best practices. * *Off-Page Optimization:* Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and drive quality backlinks. * *Technical SEO:* Monitor and address technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile usability, and crawlability. * *Content Collaboration:* Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blogs, service descriptions, and promotional material. * *Analytics & Reporting:* Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms. * *Competitor Analysis:* Monitor and analyze competitors' SEO activities to identify opportunities for improvement. * *Local SEO:* Optimize for local search results, including managing Google Business Profiles for better visibility in the GTA. *Qualifications:* * A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field. * Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. * Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog). * Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools. * Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS). * Experience in local SEO and optimizing for regional search terms. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Preferred Skills:* * Knowledge of PPC campaigns and paid media strategies is a plus. * Experience with multi-service businesses or the moving/cleaning industry is advantageous. * Copywriting skills for content creation. *How to Apply:* Send your resume, portfolio, or examples of successful SEO campaigns to hr.recruitment@taskopus.ca.
