*Title: *Client Care Specialist
*Overall Responsibilities: *
The main responsibility of the CSR is to be the first line of communication with customers for all their inquiries, proactively following up with clients for customer supplied materials for manufacturing and providing and updating customer on commit dates. Assist the Product Development team with owning the Product Execution piece of projects.
*Qualifications/ Behavioral Requirements:*
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
· Attention to detail when requesting or passing along information, internally and externally.
· Patience, and the ability to stay calm in intense situations.
· Strong organization skills to be able to keep up with various external and internal needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
· As the Primary point of contact, liaison with various departments to provide feedback to customers on any inquiries.
o Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
· Input customers? orders and provide estimated production date within 24 hrs. of order receipt.
· Follow up with Customers on supplied components (CSP), create ?0? dollar PO?s as required.
· Provide firm commit date to customers within 4 weeks of order due date, or once all CSP has been received.
· Create proforma invoices for customers requiring deposit.
· Liaison with Quality, Logistics and Procurement to assist clients with timely shipment of orders, expedited testing and material ETA?s.
· Assist Sales, Quality, and Finance departments with the completion of various forms (Credit App, NDA, Spec Sheets, etc.)
· Input any Customer complaints into tracker and follow up with Quality and other departments for resolution.
· Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, PD and business processes.
· Collect and maintain required documents ( Product Briefs, Specifications etc.)
· Uploading and entering information into ERP system.

Pay: $33,343.35-$70,517.23 per year
