The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized, work well in a team environment, and show a sense of pride in their work, striving to provide quality work without taking shortcuts. *Wages:* · Above industry standard *Minimum Requirements:* · Apprentice/Journeyman/Foreman experience with commercials projects preferred. · Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. · Good understanding of Mechanical, Architectural and Structural drawings and specifications. · Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong desire to learn and grown within their position. · Responsible and conscientious of material costs and labour hours. · Ability to work on own initiative, but also within a team. · Positive and professional attitude. · Strong communication skills and safety conscious.
