If you're looking for an opportunity to join and grow with a dynamic company, you will thrive at Execaire Aviation!SummaryThe Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing organizational development and skills development initiatives aligned with the company's strategic priorities. The OD Specialist collaborates with other Human Resources professionals to prepare comprehensive customized learning experiences and organizational development initiatives for all employees to support departmental and organizational needs. The incumbent provides support for employee professional development, organizational engagement initiatives, and strategic initiatives aimed at supporting an engaging employee experience and corporate effectiveness and efficiency. The incumbent provides support for Succession Planning, PIPs and other employee development initiatives as determined by Senior Leadership and the Learning Centre Steering Committee.ResponsibilitiesLeads the effective implementation of identified organizational development initiatives for all Bases and Business Units. Works collaboratively and with other Human Resource Professionals to support clients with initiatives and projects. Designs, delivers, and evaluates customized solutions to meet client needs. Communicates effectively, listens actively, and works collaboratively with others to co-create solutions that are responsive and respectful of diverse OD requirements. Supports employee engagement initiatives through active participation in assigned strategic projects. Collaborates on the creation and execution of organization-wide initiatives and develop project plans as appropriate to meet changing department and unit needs and requirements as these relate to OD. Stays current with employee engagement, talent management and learning and development trends through research and outreach with external partners to ensure the company is benefitting from the most up to date best practice development methods and programs.RequirementsUndergraduate Degree in Organizational Development or related field. 5-8 years experience in the aviation sector preferred. Experience collaborating with colleagues and stake holders to assess needs, design, implement and evaluate organizational development interventions; identifying SMEs and/or external resources if required. Experience and knowledge of change management and project management. Superior aptitude to build professional relationships that result in collaborative partnerships and mutually beneficial results. Proven ability to listen, seek out and consider information objectively, and respond to challenging situations with reason and collaboration. Bilingual ? spoken and written ?
