*Overview* We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. *Responsibilities* * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. * Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to maintain constant oversight of premises. * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary. * Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals on site. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries. * Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in surveillance or law enforcement is preferred. * Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices is a plus. * Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and other security equipment. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. * Must possess a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
