*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages to management. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and service. *Skills* * Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation. * Passion for mixology * Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. * Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of food handling practices. * Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating POS systems is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
