We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Guest Services Manager* to join our team at Haida Gwaii Glamping Inc. in Tlell, BC. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a unique glamping environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews.
* Handle budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare marketing strategies.
* Organize and manage events, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee inventory.
* Address guest concerns and ensure high-quality customer service.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years in hospitality management or a similar role.
* Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and Salesforce.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 ? 50 per week
