<p>SUMMARY OF THE POSITION<br>A person who primarily assists medical specialists in the preparation and execution of their specialized work, including research and information, with the exception of the design of professional work.<br>Within a predetermined research plan, he/she applies scientific methods and techniques to collect data, collate them, perform the required arithmetic or statistical operations and reproduce these data in a specific form.<br>Using specific communications techniques, he/she can convey specialized information on a variety of subjects.</p><p>REQUIREMENTS<br>Education: * High School Diploma.</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>One (1) year of relevant experience.</li></ul><p>Knowledge and Abilities:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of medical terminology to prepare documents and reports is a strong asset;</li><li>Knowledge of the MSSS Network and administrative regulations is an asset;</li><li>Good knowledge of routine office work;</li><li>Good knowledge of Office Suite; </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and independently with minimum supervision;</li><li>Be able to handle multiple files at the same time;</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);</li><li>Practical, attentive to detail and analytical;</li><li>Sense of accountability, resourcefulness & vigilance;</li><li>Teamwork skills;</li><li>Well organized.</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>Fluent in Cree and English; </li><li>Fluency in French is an asset.</li></ul><p>OTHER* Possibility of teleworking.</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
