<p>SUMMARY OF THE POSITION<br>Person who, in addition to performing an entire range of complex administrative tasks, takes responsibility, within her/his administrative unit, for the coordination and qualitative control of a set of functions dealing with the office administration, office automation and secretarial tasks. Her/his responsibilities generally and mainly include the organization of office work or of an area of such activity such as accounting or procurement.</p><p>REQUIREMENTS<br>Education: * Must hold a completed High School diploma and at least one (1) year of relevant experience;</p><p>Knowledge and Abilities:</p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of routine office work;</li><li>Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher;</li><li>Practical, attentive to detail and analytical;</li><li>Sense of accountability, resourcefulness and vigilance;</li><li>Proactive, autonomous, flexible and discrete;</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);</li><li>Teamwork skills;</li><li>Courtesy.<br>LANGUAGE</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Cree;</li><li>Fluency in French is an asset.</li></ul>
