Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Perform other duties related to personal care. Supply and empty bed pans. Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Maintain inventory of supplies. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Health Care Aide Certificate. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Vulnerable sector check. Adult Abuse Registry check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized.
