AAR is looking for our next innovative and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to support our company in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and results-oriented. As a Customer Service Representative, you will: * Manage inbound calls from customers looking for a loan with AAR * Cold calling current, past and potential clients to sell them our products and services * Use resources to contact potential customers and complete loan applications to drive sales from our partner * Create superior customer experiences by responding, listening, engaging and understanding the needs of current and potential customers and matching their needs to our lending solutions; demonstrating compassion and empathy toward customers to be able to hear their story and help by fulfilling our value proposition of providing access, relief and respective to the cash and credit constrained consumer * Accurately submit & process loan applications into the underwriting system Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.80 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
