The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services effectively. A passion for helping others and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.</li><li>Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a professional manner.</li><li>Basic Admin / bookkeeping work including Recording Payables and Receivables.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.</li><li>Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.</li><li>Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Tagalog) are highly desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.</li><li>Familiarity with data entry systems and basic computer applications.</li><li>Accounting or Bookkeeping experience highly desired, but not 100% necessary if there is a willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.</li><li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.</li></ul><p>Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a difference!</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $18 - $22 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 40 hours per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm</li></ul><p>Application question(s):</p><ul><li>Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident.</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (required)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Bookeeping: 3 years (desired)</li><li>Customer service: 3 years (required)</li><li>B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p></div>Company Description<div>Since 1991 , Packaging World Inc. has been manufacturing and distributing custom packaging to businesses and consumers across the GTA, with a focus on custom printed box production.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Since 1991 , Packaging World Inc. has been manufacturing and distributing custom packaging to businesses and consumers across the GTA, with a focus on custom printed box production.</div>- LocationToronto, ON
