*Position Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented *Site Superintendent* to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled in providing leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is not required but would be considered an asset. Some travel may be involved depending on project requirements. *Key Responsibilities* * *Project Oversight:* Manage and oversee all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. * *Documentation:* Review and maintain documentation and drawings, complete daily site reports, and record project photos. * *Compliance:* Ensure all construction documents are properly signed, address discrepancies in scopes of work, and verify completion of all necessary documents. * *Financial Oversight:* Oversee all vendor invoices, bills, and subcontractor payments to ensure timely processing. * *Inspections:* Manage all required municipal and provincial inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. * *Subcontractor Management:* Oversee all subcontractors, including their bids, proposals, and submittals. Supervise their work and ensure timely and accurate execution of change orders. * *Team Development:* Supervise and develop site team members by providing regular feedback, training, and coaching. * *Resource Management:* Order materials and equipment and ensure sufficient manpower throughout the project to maintain productivity and schedule. * *Scheduling:* Prepare and maintain construction schedules, identify potential issues, and assist the project team in resolving scheduling conflicts or deviations. * *Site Cleanliness:* Oversee all site cleanups, including trash pickup and maintaining a clean work environment. * *Safety Leadership:* Promote a safe and healthy work environment, monitor safety performance, and oversee the Site HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with safety standards. *Qualifications and Skills* * Proven experience as a Site Superintendent managing multiple construction projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or tenant improvement sectors. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents. * Financial management skills, including overseeing invoices, bills, and payment schedules. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. * Proficiency in scheduling software and project management tools. * Russian or Ukrainian language skills are an asset but not mandatory. *Requirements* * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role overseeing multiple projects. * Certifications in construction management or equivalent experience. * Valid driver?s license and ability to travel as required. *Why Join Our Team?* * Opportunity to lead diverse and exciting projects. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Competitive compensation and benefits package.
